Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Paytrail. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. See our refund policy on the homepage for details.

Limitation of Liability

OctoPlush Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
